Sauvignon Blanc and Viognier l'Arjole 2024 is a fresh and elegant white wine produced by Domaine de l'Arjole, a modern family winery located at the foot of the Cabrer Mountains in the Languedoc region of southern France. The wine is an impressive blend of two distinctive varieties, combining aromatic expressiveness with structured freshness.
Varietal composition: Sauvignon Blanc, Viognier
Terroir: The vineyards are located around the village of Mezen, on limestone-clay soils with good drainage and abundant sunshine. The climate is typically Mediterranean with cool nights and hot days, which favors the accumulation of aromas and the preservation of natural acidity in the grapes.
Vinification: The two varieties are vinified separately at a controlled low temperature in stainless steel tanks to extract the primary aromas to the maximum. After fermentation, the final blend is created, seeking a balance between the freshness of Sauvignon Blanc and the softness and fruity character of Viognier.
