Terroir - South Sakar
The vineyards are located on the southern slopes of Sakar, a region with exceptional conditions for white varieties.
Soils: sandy-clay, stony and well-drained, which contribute to freshness, minerality and balance.
Climate: warm, sunny, with cool nights, ensuring slow ripening and preservation of aromas.
Varietals: 50% Sauvignon Blanc, 50% Pinot Grigio.
Vinification
Grapes are hand-picked at optimal ripeness. After gentle pressing, fermentation at a controlled temperature in stainless steel vessels follows to maximize freshness and fruit character. A short stay on the fine lees adds volume, softness and harmony.
