Terroir
Produced from vineyards in the Rose Valley, Moskovets region. The soils are calcareous and sandy-clay, the climate - moderately continental with the influence of mountain and valley winds. This creates minerality and freshness in the winery's wines
Vinification
Hand harvest - morning hours at cool temperatures.
Pressing with limited contact of the juice with the skins.
Fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel vessels to preserve aromas.
Lighter style: without oak notes, with a fresh and direct finish
Organoleptic characteristics
Color: Pale lemon-gold color with a slight golden hue, medium body.
Aroma: Fresh green grasses, lemon peel, citrus nuances and dimpled acidity.
Taste: Balanced and easy to drink - medium body with pronounced freshness, citrus acidity and pleasant minerality. Pleasant and not too complex finish
Food pairings
It goes well with fresh salads, vegetable starters, poultry and fish dishes - both roasted and with light sauces or vegetables. Also a suitable choice as an aperitif with a light appetizer
