"Sol Louis" is a new wine from La Scolca. It is made from 90% Sauvignon and 10% of the typical Gavi variety - Cortese. The grapes come entirely from their own vineyards.
"Sol Louis" - the soloist among the wines of Gavi of La Scolca - a different wine, but in the same line of exclusivity of 100 years of experience and tradition. A completely innovative production approach has been used, as well as the necessary audacity to emerge as a novelty and exception in a conservative region. Sauvignon from Gavi is a bold product of a glorious cellar, represented by the fourth generation, in the person of Chiara Soldati, who declares herself without fear or compromise.

Colour: Light straw yellow with golden variations.

Aroma: Harmonious, pleasantly fruity with light notes of aromatic herbs.

Taste: Full-bodied, soft and elegant on the palate.

Ageing: Traditional vinification for Gavi at controlled temperature with 3 months of aging on fine lees.

Serving temperature: 10°-12°

Food pairing: Ideal with a variety of foods, especially fish and vegetable dishes.

Shelf life: up to 3 years.
