The climate is continental-Mediterranean, with hot summer months and cool nights, which create optimal conditions for growing Chardonnay, preserving its freshness and aromas.
Vinification: The grapes are harvested by hand and undergo fermentation at a controlled temperature. The wine undergoes aging in oak barrels, which gives the wine additional complexity and depth, combined with a wealth of aromas.
