Variety: Chardonnay (100%)
Terroir: The vineyards are located in the Sandanski region, in the southwestern part of Bulgaria, near the border with Greece. The soils are clay and limestone, which provide good drainage, and the climate is continental-Mediterranean with hot summer months and cool nights, which creates ideal conditions for growing Chardonnay.
Vinification: The grapes are harvested by hand and undergo fermentation at a controlled temperature in steel tanks. The wine is not aged in oak barrels to preserve freshness and fruity aromas.
Organoleptic characteristics
Color: Light golden yellow with light green hues.
Aroma: Fresh and intense, with notes of citrus, green apple and slightly floral accents.
Taste: Light to medium body with high acidity, which gives the wine a crisp and refreshing structure. The taste is fruity and intense, with a long and balanced aftertaste.
