Katarzhina Estate is a Bulgarian winery located in the southern part of the country, in the Thracian Lowland region. The winery is known for its exceptional wines, produced with attention to quality and the terroir of the region. Katarzhina combines modern technologies with traditional methods to create wines of character and sophistication.
Varieties: Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc
Terroir: The vineyards are located in the Thracian Lowland region, with soils that are predominantly sandy-clay and limestone, providing excellent drainage. The climate is temperate continental, with hot summer months and cool nights, which allows the Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc to ripen slowly and retain their freshness and aromas.
