Midalidare Estate is a modern Bulgarian winery located in the picturesque village of Mogilovo, at the foot of the Balkan Mountains. The winery is distinguished by the combination of traditional viticulture and modern technologies, with the emphasis on creating wines with a pronounced terroir character.

Variety: 100% Chardonnay

Terroir: The vineyards are located in the area of the village of Mogilovo, on sandy-clay soils that provide good drainage and minerality.

Climate: Moderately continental, with mountain influence, which contributes to the freshness and elegance of the wines.

Vinification
The grapes are hand-picked and carefully selected. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in stainless steel vessels to preserve the freshness and aromatic purity of the variety. Some batches may be lightly aged in oak barrels for additional complexity.

Organoleptic characteristics
Aroma: Delicate and expressive with notes of green apple, pineapple, citrus nuances and a light floral tone.
Taste: Fresh, fruity and harmonious with well-balanced acidity and silky texture.
Finish: Light and pleasant, with fruity-mineral notes.Food pairings
Suitable for seafood, fish, white meats, salads and soft cheeses.

Your order will be delivered via courier.
With our own transport in Sofia, we deliver to the front door of the specified block or house address. We do not enter the building due to security reasons.

For orders over 76.69 € / BGN 150, delivery is free of charge.

Deliveries are made only to addresses within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.

You can also pick up the ordered products on site from our address: Sofia, Hladilnika district, 13 Filip Kutev Street (see on map).

Delivery time is usually up to five days, and the delivery cost depends on the shipment's weight based on the courier company's rates. Delivery times may vary depending on our agreement with the courier and their schedule, as well as during holiday periods.
