Produced by Château Copsa – an established Bulgarian winery located in the area of the village of Kopsa, at the foot of Sredna Gora. The winery is known for its consistent style, modern vision and striving to create elegant wines with a clearly expressed varietal and terroir character. The Cuvée line presents carefully selected blends created for balance, freshness and harmony.
Varietal composition:
Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay
Terroir:
The vineyards are located in the area of the village of Kopsa – part of the Rose Valley, with a temperate continental climate and influence from the nearby Stara Planina. The cool nights, good sunshine and alluvial-clay soils create excellent conditions for the development of aromatic and fresh white wines with good acidity.
Vinification:
The grapes are harvested at optimal technological maturity and vinified under strict temperature control. The two varieties are fermented separately in stainless steel tanks to preserve their pure aromatic profile. After fermentation, blending is carried out, followed by a short period of aging on the fine lees for more density and roundness.
