An elegant and mineral Riesling from old vineyards, regularly awarded over 92 points by the local wine press. Tasting notes: yellow tropical fruit - pineapple, passion fruit, notes of wildflower honey and lime peel. Juicy, fresh structure with good complexity and hints of white apricot. Lemon-mineral and very fine wine with the potential to age until 2029. Culinary recommendations: an ideal partner to classic dishes such as roast beef, chicken, river fish, but also to dishes from Chinese and Indian cuisine, sushi, fusion cuisine. Alk.: 13.5%
