Produced by Tsarev Brod Winery – a family winery located in the village of Tsarev Brod, Shumen region. The winery focuses on natural wines with minimal intervention, reflecting the terroir of the Danube Plain.
Varietal composition: 100% Riesling
Terroir: The vineyards are located in the Mezarlaka area, on loess soils at an altitude of 250 m. The moderately continental climate with the influence of the Black Sea favors slow ripening and the accumulation of aromatic compounds.

The wine ages for 12 months on fine lees without added preservatives, then matures for another year in bottle before being released on the market.
