Varietal composition:
A classic blend of Antão Vaz, Arinto and Roupeiro – traditional white varieties of Alentejo.
Vinification and aging:
Hand-harvested and careful selection of grapes.
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks and partially in new French and American oak barrels, after which the wine is aged for about 6 months on the fine lees to achieve structure, creaminess and depth.
Organoleptic characteristics:
Colour: Bright straw yellow with golden sheen.
Aroma: Complex and refined nose with aromas of ripe stone fruit, citrus, vanilla and a delicate oak nuance.
Taste: Rich and balanced, with a creamy texture, fresh acidity and a long mineral finish.
Food pairings:
Suitable for fish, seafood, poultry, risotto and mature white cheeses. Also an excellent choice for more refined dishes with white sauces.
