Terroir:
The vineyards are located in the Isonzo River Valley, in the southern part of the Friuli Venezia Giulia region. The soils are mainly clay and limestone, and the climate is temperate continental with the influence of the Adriatic Sea, providing warm days and cool nights, which is ideal for growing Pinot Grigio.
Vinification:
The grapes are hand-picked and undergo careful selection. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, followed by a short aging on fine lees, which gives the wine additional freshness and structure.
Organoleptic characteristics
Color: Straw yellow with slightly greenish hues.
Aroma: Fresh and intense nose with notes of green apple, pear, citrus peel and light floral nuances.
Taste: Light and refreshing, with well-balanced acidity and a mineral finish.

Excellent with seafood, grilled fish, salads, pasta with slightly creamy sauces and soft cheeses.
