Terroir: The vineyards are located in the Isonzo del Friuli region, where the soils are predominantly clay and limestone, providing excellent drainage. The climate is temperate continental, with warm summers and cool nights, which allows the Pinot Grigio to ripen slowly, preserving the freshness and aromas of the grapes.
Vinification: The grapes are harvested by hand and undergo fermentation at a controlled temperature in steel tanks. The wine is not aged in oak barrels to preserve the freshness and intensity of the Pinot Grigio's aromas and flavors.

Taste: Light to medium body with well-balanced acidity, giving the wine a crisp and refreshing structure. The taste is fruity and intense, with a slightly mineral aftertaste.

Aging potential: Up to 3 years, the wine will retain its freshness for the first 2 years after harvest.
