Terroir: The vineyards are located in the hilly area around Pessina di Caprino, on limestone-clay soils that contribute to the freshness and minerality of the wine.
Vinification: The grapes are hand-picked and vinified at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged briefly on fine lees, which gives additional texture and complexity.
