Chateau Karnobat is one of the established wineries in Southeastern Bulgaria, with its own vineyards in the Karnobat region and a modern technological base. The wines reflect the traditions of the region and are distinguished by freshness, fruity character and accessibility.
Varietal composition: Muscat
Terroir: The vineyards are located on a hilly terrain with predominantly cinnamon and clay-sandy soils. The mild winters, warm summers and favorable ventilation of the region allow for excellent ripening of aromatic varieties such as Muscat.
Vinification: The grapes are harvested early in the morning and undergo cold maceration. Fermentation is carried out at low temperature in stainless steel vessels in order to preserve the varietal aromas. The wine is bottled young to preserve its freshness and typicality.
Organoleptic characteristics
