Ktima Gerovassiliou is a family winery founded by Vangelis Gerovassiliou, located in Epanomi, Northern Greece. The winery is distinguished by a sustainable approach to viticulture, hand-harvesting and modern winemaking techniques, combined with a deep respect for local varieties.

Terroir:
The vineyards are located on the Epanomi peninsula, in Northern Greece, on a slightly hilly terrain with sandy-clay soils and excellent sun exposure. The region has a Mediterranean climate with maritime influences, which contributes to the freshness and minerality of the wines.
Vinification:
The grapes are hand-harvested and carefully sorted. After delicate pressing and cold maceration, fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. Some of the wine may be aged briefly on the fine lees for additional structure.

Aroma: Intense and complex nose with dominant notes of peach, lime, white flowers, herbs and light minerality
Taste: Fresh, juicy-fruity, with elegant acidity and a long, slightly salty finish

Ideal with fish dishes, seafood, Mediterranean cuisine, pasta with pesto and salads with citrus dressing
