Variety: 100% Pinot Grigio
Terroir: Vineyards in the province of Treviso - > wine region in the Veneto region (Northeastern Italy). The mineral soils and the temperate climate of this area allow the Pinot Grigio variety to best develop all its typical components, such as acidity and a wide fruity aromatic bouquet.
Vinification: The grapes are harvested in the second half of August, once they are fully ripe, in order to fully develop the phenolic content. This is followed by careful pressing. Slow fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with the help of selected yeasts.
