Better Half / Dalakov & Sons – a craft winery based in the village of Zmeevo, Stara Zagora. Focuses on natural, unfiltered and honest wines, produced in limited quantities. Works mainly with hand-picked grapes and minimal intervention to reveal the terroir to the maximum.

100% Colombard – a rare variety in Bulgaria of French origin, known for its high freshness, citrus expressiveness and aromatic profile. Typically used in southwestern France and Gascony.
