Weingut Bründelmayr is one of Austria’s most respected wineries, located in the Kamptal region of the Danube Valley. The family-run winery follows organic and sustainable practices, with an emphasis on precision in every stage of production. The winery is known for its clean, elegant wines with a pronounced terroir character.
Grape variety: 100% Grüner Veltliner
Terroir: The vineyards are located in the Kamp Valley, on south-facing terraces on layered soils of loess, gneiss and schist. The combination of a cool climate, large temperature amplitudes between day and night and well-drained soils creates the conditions for wines with bright freshness and minerality.
Vinification: The grapes are hand-picked and subjected to a gentle press with minimal skin contact. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a low temperature to preserve aromatic purity and freshness. The wine is aged briefly on the fine lees before bottling.
Organoleptic characteristics
Aroma: Fresh and clean, with notes of green apple, citrus peel, white pepper and herbs.

Food pairings: A great choice for asparagus, salads with herb dressing, fried fish, lemon chicken and Austrian specialties such as Wiener schnitzel.
Serving temperature: 8°–10°C
Aging potential: Up to 3 years after harvest
