Variety: 100% Gewürztraminer
Origin: 20-year-old own vineyards in the village of Glushnik.
Soil: clayey-stony, mixed with sand and small and larger stones, such as granite, limestone, gneiss, silicate and others.
Annotation: Wine with a beautiful clear golden color. Varietal, complex nose with nuances of nutmeg, honey, rose oil, white pepper and orange blossom. Voluminous, juicy and smooth body with an excellent, aromatic finish.
Technology: The grapes are hand-picked. They are selected in the vineyard, then aged in a cold room at a temperature of 10 degrees and maximum humidity. The cooled grapes are crushed and pressed. The clear must ferments at a temperature of 14 to 16 degrees, after which the wine ages for six months on noble lees, of which 50% in kevvara and 50% in Hassin barrels. In this way, the finished wine is stabilized in terms of protein and tartrate, in order to avoid sediment. At the end of the process, it is bottled to age in the bottle for another six months, up to a year.

Sommelier's culinary suggestion: goes great with spicy dishes, spring rolls, chicken dishes with fresh spices or duck with light sweet sauces, and seafood.
