Description

Cantina Masolino is distinguished by its traditional production and precise control over the ripeness of the grapes, which allows to achieve the elegant and complex style typical of Barolo.

Variety: Nebbiolo

Terroir: The vineyards are located in the Barolo appellation, in Serralunga d’Alba, on slopes with clay-limestone soils. The climate is temperate-continental with a difference between day and night temperatures, which favors the development of the aromas and structure of the grapes.

Vinification: The grapes are harvested by hand, followed by traditional fermentation at a controlled temperature and aging in large oak barrels for a minimum of 24 months to develop complex flavors and soft tannins.

Organoleptic characteristics
Color: Deep ruby red with garnet reflections.
Aroma: Complex bouquet of red fruits, pink nuances, tobacco and light spiciness.
Taste: Full-bodied, well-structured tannins, a final long and elegant aftertaste with hints of spices and dried fruits.

Food pairing: Suitable for veal, game, mature cheeses and mushroom dishes.

Serving temperature: 16°–18°C
Aging potential: 10–15 years

Your order will be delivered via courier.
With our own transport in Sofia, we deliver to the front door of the specified block or house address. We do not enter the building due to security reasons.

For orders over 76.69 € / BGN 150, delivery is free of charge.

Deliveries are made only to addresses within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.

You can also pick up the ordered products on site from our address: Sofia, Hladilnika district, 13 Filip Kutev Street (see on map).

Delivery time is usually up to five days, and the delivery cost depends on the shipment's weight based on the courier company's rates. Delivery times may vary depending on our agreement with the courier and their schedule, as well as during holiday periods.
