Varietal composition: 100% Riesling
Terroir: The vineyards are located on the eponymous Heiligenstein hill, known for its ancient sandy and volcanic soils, which give the wines a pronounced minerality and complexity. The climate is continental with cool nights, which contributes to preserving the freshness and aromatic profile of the grapes.
Vinification: The grapes are hand-picked and vinified at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged on fine lees, which gives additional texture and complexity.
