Variety: Mavrud (100%)
Terroir: The vineyards are located in the Parvomay region, with soils that are predominantly sandy-clay, providing good drainage. The climate is continental, with hot summer months and cool nights, which allows Mavrud to ripen evenly and retain its aromatic and fruity characteristics.
Vinification: The grapes are harvested by hand and undergo fermentation at a controlled temperature. The wine is produced entirely according to organic methods, without the use of chemicals, in order to preserve the authenticity and purity of the fruit aromas.
Organoleptic characteristics
Color: Light yellow with slightly golden hues.
Aroma: Intense and fresh, with notes of citrus, green apple and light floral accents.
Taste: Light to medium body with well-balanced acidity, which gives the wine a crisp and refreshing structure. The taste is fruity and intense with a slightly mineral aftertaste.
Food pairings: Suitable for roasted chicken with rosemary, pumpkin soups, light pastas with pesto or grilled vegetables, as well as cheeses with a light texture such as mozzarella or young white cheese
Serving temperature: 8°–10°C
Aging potential: Up to 3 years, the wine will retain its freshness for the first 2 years after harvest.
