Introducing the highly anticipated July 2023 release of Ardnamurchan Sherry Cask—a true masterpiece crafted to delight whisky enthusiasts worldwide. This exceptional expression is a harmonious blend of Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez matured whiskies, artfully combined with both peated and unpeated distillates. AD/SHERRY CASK RELEASE (ADSCR0523) was filled in 2018 and matured in Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez casks before bottling on 20/04/2023, making this whisky approximately 5 years old. Released in 13, 998 bottles.

On the nose we can sense murray mint, bonfire on the beach, salted peanut ice-cream, tomato stalks, Brazil nut and sundried tomatoes.

The palate has smoky bacon, old tractor shed, peanut brittle, sticky spare-ribs.

The finish is long and dry with crashing waves, sea-salt, bothy fireplace and cigars.
