Ardnamurchan Rum cask release has whisky from 2016 and 2017 vintages. It is a vibrant fruity concoction formed by finishing peated and unpeated Ardnamurchan distillate for 2.5 years in Jamaican rum casks. The funky, fruity traits of rum mesh with the distillate’s salty, weighty characteristics and gives us this amazing whisky!

On the nose we can sense freshly cut grass, subtle cigar smoke, salted caramel. The palate has tropical fruits, slighty burnt pastry pie, orange peel and ginger. The finish is earthy, smoky with hints of pepper and barbecued banana
