Produced by Château Sainte Marguerite, a historic chateau founded in the early 20th century and located in the heart of the Côte de Provence appellation, in La Londe-les-Mauroux, southern France. It has been Cru Classé since 1955, making it one of the most prestigious names in the region. The winery is distinguished by its sustainable approach to viticulture, certified organic and vegan production, as well as its exceptional attention to terroir and the elegant style of its wines.
Varietal composition: Grenache, Cinsault
Terroir: The vineyards are located near the Mediterranean Sea and are located on sandy-clay and limestone soils. The sea breeze and the warm Mediterranean climate contribute to the creation of fine, mineral and fresh wines with a balanced structure.
Vinification: Hand-picked grapes in the early hours of the day to preserve freshness. This is followed by careful selection, gentle pressing and fermentation at a low, controlled temperature. The wine is not aged in oak to preserve maximum purity of aroma and taste.
