Levent Winery is located at the foot of Levent Tabia in Ruse and combines modern winemaking with a rich regional history. The winery works with selected vineyards from the Rusenski Lom region and focuses on expressive and authentic wines with a balanced style.

Grape variety: Sangiovese and Cabernet Franc

Terroir: The vineyards are located near Ruse, in the Ruse Plateau region. The soils are carbonate, limestone and well-drained, and the climate is temperate-continental with the influence of the Danube River - conditions that ensure good ripeness and preservation of freshness.

Vinification: The wine is produced using classic rosé technology. The grapes are hand-picked, cooled and followed by a short contact with the skins for delicate color and aromatic concentration. Fermentation takes place at low temperature in stainless steel vessels to maximize the preservation of freshness and fruity character.

Organoleptic characteristics
Colour: Light pink with a slight coral hue.
Aroma: Discreet and elegant nose with dominant red fruits – strawberry, cherry and nuances of pink grapefruit.
Taste: Fresh and slightly mineral, with good structure and fruity persistence. The finish is juicy and refreshing.

Food pairings: Suitable for salads with goat cheese, chicken with herbs, seafood or as an aperitif.
