Via Vinera is part of the Vinprom Karnobat project, focused on the production of quality wines from its own vineyards in the Karabunar region. The winery works with modern technologies and maintains a sustainable approach to viticulture, paying special attention to the varietal character and terroir expression of each wine.
Varietal composition: Cabernet Franc, Carmenere
Terroir: The vineyards are located at the foot of Sredna Gora, on well-drained clay-limestone soils. The Karabunar region is characterized by a continental climate, with warm days and cool nights, which promote balanced ripening and preservation of acidity in the grapes.
Vinification: The grapes are hand-picked and cooled before pressing. After a short maceration to extract color and aroma, fermentation takes place at low temperature in stainless steel vessels. The wine does not undergo malolactic fermentation in order to preserve maximum freshness and fruit purity.
Organoleptic characteristics
