Terroir:
The vineyards are located in the Kapatovo region, with a warm continental-Mediterranean climate and well-drained soils. The large number of sunny days contributes to excellent ripeness, while the nightly coolness preserves the freshness of the grapes.
Vinification:
The grapes are harvested at the optimal moment, with a short maceration to achieve a delicate pink color. Fermentation takes place at controlled low temperatures in stainless steel vessels to preserve the fruity and fresh profile of the wine.
