A blend of red varieties (mostly Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec - typical of the region)
Terroir:
The Hawke's Bay region is characterized by a warm maritime climate and well-drained gravelly and alluvial soils, which contribute to excellent ripeness and a pronounced fruit profile.
Vinification:
Short contact with the skins to achieve a delicate pink color, followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature to preserve freshness and aromas.

Aroma: Red fruits, strawberry, raspberry, cherry with subtle floral nuances
Taste: Fresh, juicy and balanced, with pleasant acidity and a light, refreshing finish
