Fleurs de Prairie Rosé 2024 is an elegant and sophisticated wine from the Côte de Provence appellation, inspired by the wildflowers that cover the sunny slopes of southern France. This rosé captures the essence of the region – freshness, delicacy and floral expressiveness.
Grape variety: Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault
Terroir: The vineyards are located on limestone-rocky hills in the Côte de Provence, against the backdrop of a typical Mediterranean climate – long sunny days, cool nights and refreshing winds that preserve the natural freshness and aromatic profile of the grapes.
Vinification: After hand-picking, the grapes undergo a short cold maceration and gentle pressing. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, in order to preserve freshness and delicate aromas.
