The fourth and final installment of the “Nuestros Recuerdos” series, dedicated to the Día de Muertos (Day of the Dead) holiday. The series began in 2021 and each year has featured a different element of the holiday. This 2025 edition is called “Recuerdos” (“Memories”) and marks the finale of the collection.

100% Blue Weber Agave
The grapes are roasted using the traditional method (“pozo”), along with other methods to impart a rich smoky and earthy character.

After distillation: aged in first-use American whiskey barrels for between 12 and 38 months.

Organoleptic characteristics

• Aroma: Agave, roasted wood, orange peel, caramel, cloves.
• Taste: Orange marmalade, cinnamon, cloves, reminiscent of warmth and memory.
• Finish: Long, with woody, smoky and citrus nuances, a sense of memory and tradition.

         Alcohol content: 40%

Food pairings
Suitable for tasting alone, in "tulip" or "snifter" glasses - in order to appreciate the richness and complexity.
Can be shared with a light gourmet platter - for example, chocolate with a high cocoa content, or with luxurious desserts, refined cheeses or delicacies with a smoky character.

Serving temperature
It is recommended to serve at 18–20 °C to fully discover the aromas and flavor nuances.
