Tequila Topanito Reposado 100% Blue Weber agave Topanito Reposado is aged for at least 6 months in American white oak barrels. The result is a unique aromatic ensemble that combines the raw, wild notes of young tequila with the warm and soft oak accents accumulated from aging in the barrel. Roasted agave is combined with forest honey, vanilla, oak and cinnamon. Topanito Reposado can be consumed both neat and in aromatic cocktails. The Mexican Aztecs called the home of their gods "Topan" and described tequila as a "Gift from Heaven". That's why we believe that every sip of TOPANITO offers a small gift from above, bringing the full depth of the natural flavor of agave and ancient traditions to every glass. Topanito tequila is produced at Destiladora Del Valle de Tequila, based in the city of Tequila, Jalisco. It is also known as the legendary Casa Maestri, which is the most awarded tequila distillery in all of Mexico. Only the finest plants are used, the Blue Weber variety from the Tequila region, the mountains and lowlands of Jalisco. Agave: Carefully hand-selected mature blue agave plants from the mountain slopes and lowlands around Jalisco are used. When harvested, the sharp leaves are trimmed until only the core, called the "piña", remains. They are then carefully stewed in traditional "hornos" (i.e. brick ovens) for 36-54 hours. This ancient art of "slow cooking" transforms carbohydrates into sugar, softens the fibers and most importantly, prevents unwanted caramelization of the sugar. This is the best way to preserve the plant's natural sweet flavor profile. For Topanito, over 50% of the agave is cooked in these traditional ovens, with the rest in modern autoclaves. After processing, the cooked agave is processed in molinos (mills). As the fibers are ground, the sugar-rich juice is squeezed out while the fibers are rinsed with deionized, purified water. This sweet mash is then fermented naturally with wild yeasts for 48-60 hours. The resulting "wine" has an alcohol content of 5 to 9% and a full-bodied agave flavor. Distillation is carried out in traditional Alembic stills (pots) in two slow distillation processes, each lasting about 5 hours, which enrich the flavor of the finished tequila.

With our own transport in Sofia, we deliver to the front door of the specified block or house address. We do not enter the building due to security reasons.

For orders over 76.69 € / BGN 150, delivery is free of charge.

Deliveries are made only to addresses within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.
