Description

Don Fulano Imperial Extra Añejo is the highest class of tequila in the Don Fulano portfolio, produced from 100% Tequilana Weber blue agave, grown on the Fonseca family's own plantations in the mountains of Jalisco, Mexico.

Production: The agave is slowly roasted at low pressure in autoclaves for about 30 hours, then extracted with a special screw mill. Fermentation takes place in open vessels with patented yeast, and distillation is double - in a copper alembic and a Coffey column. Aging is a minimum of 5 years in French oak barrels from Limousin and Nevers, with some batches finishing the process in barrels of Oloroso sherry, which gives additional complexity. The drink is without additives.

Organoleptic characteristics
Color: Deep amber with copper highlights.
Aroma: Dark chocolate, caramel, dried cherries and apricots, coffee, leather, tobacco, roasted nuts and a fresh mint accent.
Taste: Sweet spices such as caramel and vanilla, caramelized nuts, nuances of cloves and nutmeg.
Finish: Full, velvety and extremely long, with complex notes of chocolate, leather, dried fruits and a slight ash nuance.

Your order will be delivered via courier.
With our own transport in Sofia, we deliver to the front door of the specified block or house address. We do not enter the building due to security reasons.

For orders over 76.69 € / BGN 150, delivery is free of charge.

Deliveries are made only to addresses within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.

You can also pick up the ordered products on site from our address: Sofia, Hladilnika district, 13 Filip Kutev Street (see on map).

Delivery time is usually up to five days, and the delivery cost depends on the shipment's weight based on the courier company's rates. Delivery times may vary depending on our agreement with the courier and their schedule, as well as during holiday periods.
