When became the owner of GlenAllachie Distillery, Billy Walker began an extensive program to evaluate the 50,000 casks on the grounds of the distillery. Since then, the distillery has been bottling in limited series a selection of single casks that show the complex character of single malts. The results of his precise selection have been awarded many times. This is the fifth batch of single casks specially selected for Europe, each showcasing the unique interplay between wood, distillate and flavor.
