This award-winning Speyside whisky comes to us in a natural color, without chill filtration, in an exquisite natural color originating from the casks in which it was aged.
In his quest to build on each batch of the series, Master Distiller Billy Walker carefully examines for excellent casks aging in the warehouses of the GlenAllachie Distillery, which he masterfully blinds for the next batch of the Glenallachie 10 YO Cask Strength series.
In batch number 12, Pedro Jimenez Sherry, Oloroso Sherry, red wine casks and untreated oak casks were used, giving a dark brown color, a fresh and airy aroma and a full-bodied taste that will conquer the senses.
