Rich and complex: citrus and floral notes (spring flowers, orange peel), with a mineral and sweet background
Pronounced aquatic, herbal, lime and nutty nuances, slightly pressed wood and caramel
Taste and structure
Soft, dense taste - creamy texture, achieved thanks to balanced sweetness and high acidity (around pH 4.6)
Converse to the aroma: pleasure of roasted almond, sea salt, mint, nutmeg and vanilla, combined with a slightly bitter finish
The finish is fresh, with a long aftertaste of nutty crunchy aftertaste
Serving tips
Serve well chilled at 5–7°C, both as an aperitif or in cocktails
Goes great with olives, salty cheeses, nuts, as well as with cocktails like White Negroni, Negroni or Boulevardier
