Production and Aging
• Distilled in traditional copper pot stills.
• Produced in small batches with full control over every step.
• Initial aging in oak barrels.
• Final aging in Oloroso Sherry casks – rich sherry barrels that add density, sweetness and rich fruit and nutty notes.
• Bottled with a high alcohol content (depending on the batch).
• No cold filtration and no added coloring.

Organoleptic characteristics
Aroma:
Dried fruits, raisins, figs, caramel, dark chocolate, cinnamon, roasted nuts, oak.
Taste:
Dense body, rich sherry notes, dried fruits, honey, chocolate, spices, light oak structure. The finish is long, warm and spicy.

Suitable with dark chocolate, nutty desserts, dried fruits, ripe cheeses or as a standalone tasting whiskey.
