Fresh, fine, extremely dry, with a hint of sea salt and crisp acidity
Body: Light to medium, with a “velvety feel”, while maintaining liveliness and density.
Aftertaste: Long, with marine, nutty and mineral nuances.
Rated for its complexity and intensity of flavor, relatively fuller than typical Manzanillas.

Temperature: 8–10°C (chilled, but not icy).
Pairings: Great as an aperitif, pairs well with seafood (oysters, crab), cured meats, olives, nuts, fresh salad.
