Van Gysel-Liebaert is a family house from the Champagne region, oriented towards the classic style and traditional production methods. Brut Tradition is an elegant and well-balanced champagne, expressing the typical character of the appellation through freshness, finesse and harmony.
Terroir
The vineyards are located in the heart of the Champagne AOC region, on limestone-chalk soils, which provide excellent drainage and the characteristic minerality of Champagne wines. The cool climate contributes to slow ripening and the preservation of high natural acidity.
Vinification
Produced according to the traditional method (Méthode Traditionnelle) with a second fermentation in the bottle. After blending the base wines, the champagne is aged for a long time on the lees, which gives it a fine perlage, complexity and creamy texture.
