Terroir wine created on the slopes of Balnot sur Laignes in the heart of the Bars Coast. Varieties: Pinot Noir: 80%, Chardonnay: 20%, reserve wine: 30% aged in a stainless steel tank. Winemaking: Vineyard certified as terra Vitis and organic grapes Cultivated from generation to generation since the 18th century, the Royer family vineyard covers 13 hectares in Balnot-sur-Laignes in the Côte des Bar. Richard Royer takes care of the estate and the production of the cellar's champagne wines. Aware of the importance of protecting the environment, the vineyards are managed according to the principle of sustainable viticulture. Cultivation methods are simple, carried out precisely at every stage so that nature and terroir can express themselves freely.
