Champagne Di.Roc Gold Brut is a luxury champagne produced by a small family winery located in the Champagne region, combining refined taste with innovative design.
Variety: 55% Pinot Noir + 45% Chardonnay + 5% Pinot Meunier, with the addition of 12% Bouzy Rouge wine*
* Bouzy Rouge is a still red wine from the Bouzy region of Champagne, made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes. It is known for its ruby red hue, fruity aromas and elegant tannin structure. The wine is part of the Coteaux Champenois appellation and is produced using traditional red wine vinification methods.
Vinification: Hand-picked, then the grapes are pressed using the traditional Coquart press - -> this method is slower than membrane pressing, but gentler.
Bottle aging: 2 years
Residual sugar: 10-20 g/l

Champagne D.Rock Rose has a handmade logo made with over 1000 polished decorative crystals. These are synthetic crystals from the Luk-Dymand brand, hand-placed on fine cotton velvet, and then the velvet fragments are applied to each individual bottle again by hand.
