The rums that make up Appleton Estate 21YO Nassau Valley Casks are hand-selected, unflavored, produced with Jamaican limestone-filtered water and aged for a minimum of 21 years in the tropical climate of Jamaica.

This rum reveals a floral aroma that develops into a unique ripe nutty bouquet, with deep vanilla, soft orange peel, rich nutmeg, lively almond and warm coffee and cocoa. The result is a luxurious rum with captivating finesse and complexity.

" Appleton Estate is produced in the Nassau Valley - a lush and fertile terrain, in the heart of the island of Jamaica. We are one of the few rums in the world that claims terroir - a set of unique weather, soil and geographical demarcations that give character to each of our rums. We cultivate the natural ingredients that go into making each barrel of our rum - from the sugar cane we grow ourselves, to the limestone spring that supplies our water, as well as our naturally cultivated, non-GMO yeast. Our rums are aged in 40'gallon (~ 151.42 liters) selected American oak barrels, which impart more vanilla flavor and make our rum smoother and less woody.
