Straldzhanska Muscatova Barrel Selection is a premium brandy created from the ripest grape arrays in the Yambol region. High-quality wine distillates of the Muscat Ottonel and Tamyanka varieties are used for the blend, which after distillation are aged in barrels of local Strandzhan oak. It is this type of wood that gives the brandy its characteristic, warm and complex profile.

Organoleptic characteristics:
Color: Crystal clear liquid with a slight amber hue, evidence of aging in oak barrels.
Aroma: Pronounced muscat bouquet with floral and fruity nuances, complemented by vanilla and fine woodiness.
Taste: Soft, well-structured and harmoniously balanced. The muscat character is enriched with notes of caramel, vanilla and delicate oak accents. The finish is long, warm and elegant.
Food pairings: Suitable as an aperitif, as well as in combination with traditional Bulgarian salads, mature cheeses and yellow cheeses, nuts, dried fruits, light desserts.
Serving temperature: 16–18°C.
