Apricot varietal composition: Ungarka, Harkot, Silistrenska
Origin of apricots: Prof. Ishirkovo village
Aging: 3 years
Distillation: Distillation is carried out according to the traditional method in copper kettles, which allows for precise separation of the “heart” of the distillate. The brandy is aged in 250-liter barrels of Strandzha oak.
Organoleptic characteristics
Color: golden
Aroma: Intense and concentrated aroma of ripe apricot, dried fruits, vanilla and light caramel nuances from the oak.
Taste: Dense and strong body with a pronounced fruity character. The taste reveals the sweetness of ripe apricot, spicy and woody tones, with a long, warming and soft finish.
Food pairings: Suitable as an aperitif or digestif. Excellent with cured meats, hard cheeses, nuts and desserts with caramel or chocolate.
Serving temperature: 8-10°C
It is recommended to consume in small tulip-shaped glasses.
