The fermentation of the fruits takes place at controlled temperatures, which is a guarantee for maximum preservation of the aromas of the fruits. After the fermentation is completed, the distillation process is carried out, which is carried out in Swiss copper vessels under strict and continuous control, which ensures the constant high quality of the resulting pure, intense distillate. Our batch distillation process ensures the complete removal of all unwanted components and guarantees the complete extraction of all aromas. This is followed by a period of aging and maturation of the distillates in special vessels and rooms at controlled temperatures - > for Quince Rakia this period is 1 year in stainless steel vessels.
