Produced by Bottega S.p.A. – an established Italian winery and distillery with roots dating back to the 17th century, located in the Veneto region, near Treviso. Bottega is a globally recognized brand known for its high-quality sparkling wines and distinctive design. Prosecco Rosé Millesimato is a modern interpretation of the classic, combining the freshness of Prosecco with the fine structure of Pinot Noir.
Varietal composition:
85–90% Glera
10–15% Pinot Noir
Terroir: The vineyards are located in the designated Prosecco DOC areas in the area around Treviso. The soils are clay-limestone, with good drainage. The climate is temperate continental with alpine influence, favoring the preservation of the aromas and natural acidity of the grapes.
Vinification: After separate vinification of the two varieties, the blend undergoes secondary fermentation in an autoclave (Sharma/Martinotti method) at a controlled temperature for about 60 days. Millesimato means that the wine is made entirely from grapes from the 2024 harvest, in order to express the character of the year.
