Varieties: Glera, Pinot Noir
Location: Produced from vineyards in northeastern Italy, in the Prosecco DOC area.
Terroir: Hilly areas with well-drained soils, rich in minerals. A temperate climate with an influence from the Adriatic Sea, which favors the preservation of the freshness and aromas of the grapes.
Vinification: The grapes are carefully harvested and vinified using the Charmat method, in which the secondary fermentation takes place in closed vessels under pressure to preserve the fresh fruit character and fine perlage. Pinot Noir gives the characteristic pink color and structure.
Organoleptic characteristics: Delicate pink color with a fine and persistent perlage. The aroma is fresh and fruity, with notes of strawberries, raspberries and delicate floral nuances. The taste is light, fresh and balanced, with pleasant acidity and an elegant, refreshing finish.
