Description

The production area extends across the province of Treviso in the Prosecco DOC appellation, including the hills of moraine origin above the plain with medium-textured soils of alluvial origin.

Vineyards: Single trellis, double canopy and radiation systems with 2,300 vines per hectare.

Harvest: Second decade of September.

Vinification: Whole grapes are placed in the pneumatic press for soft pressing and the resulting must, after a first racking, is placed in temperature-controlled tanks where it remains until it is used to produce the sparkling wine.

Tasting notes: Very pale straw yellow and fine, persistent perlage. The aroma is fruity and floral with notes of ripe golden apple and small mountain flowers. The dry, fresh and aromatic sensation on the palate is followed by a fruity and harmonious aftertaste.

Food pairing: Excellent aperitif with salted fish. Ideal with steamed mussels.

Serving temperature: 6-8°C

With our own transport in Sofia, we deliver to the front door of the specified block or house address. We do not enter the building due to security reasons.

For orders over 76.69 € / BGN 150, delivery is free of charge.

Deliveries are made only to addresses within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.

You can also pick up the ordered products on site from our address: Sofia, Hladilnika district, 13 Filip Kutev Street (see on map).

Delivery time is usually up to five days, and the delivery cost depends on the shipment's weight based on the courier company's rates. Delivery times may vary depending on our agreement with the courier and their schedule, as well as during holiday periods.
